Rev Timothy Lee

Rev Timothy Lee is a pastor of 25 years, husband to Jenny, father of 2 sons, & a newly appointed Grandad. He loves serving the people of Rotorua in a number of different capacities. He shares in the context of living with tetraplegia having survived a serious mountain bike accident in 2010. He has an itinerant ministry in the wider BOP & loves engaging with people of all walks of life & disability.

Di Willis

Di Willis was one of our Co-founders along with her husband Hugh and close friend Margie Willers. Elevate began as regular meetings in Hugh and Di’s living room over 40 years ago to now having groups and camps around New Zealand.

Last year, Di retired from the role of Ministries Director. However, she is still on the Board of Trustees, involved in the Drop-in Centre in Auckland and serves on the National Camp committee.

Di will be talking about the many different kinds of prayers and various ways of praying in her workshop.

Ps Geoff Wiklund

Ps Geoff Wiklund is our spiritual advisor and has been our camp pastor for the last 30 years. He has a long association with the ministry and will be speaking on “Standing on the Word of God”. Ps Geoff won’t be in the country at the time of camp but has kindly recorded his talk before he departed for Poland.

Ps Bruce McDonald

Ps Bruce is the husband of Maude (they are almost ready to celebrate 40 years of marriage). They have 4 children and now 5 grandchildren. They have Pastored and planted churches in the Bay of Plenty and in the Auckland area. Bruce’s call also includes traveling to the nations, now having visited around 30 countries, some many times.

He is the founder of Liberty Trust and loves to teach on ‘Biblical finance’. His unchanging belief as a follower of Jesus is that the ‘best is yet to come!’

Ps Bruce will talk about the ‘Fruits of the Spirit’ in his workshop. The fruit of love in our life needs always to be growing and flourishing. There are lots of ways that it can be expressed through our lives. This message considers what the fruit of the Spirit looks like in our lives and what it is not like.
